Yes No We have no reserve funds, so we will need to have a price to cover all the costs of the event, rental of the place, and materials and drinks. Yes No This place is smaller than the normal size that we have used, so the amount of people will be reduced to the locals only. We will not be advertising this on the web. The limit on people would probably be somewhere around 50 to keep room for a dance floor. The cost will be higher than before as we have to rent the place we would be using. The food will be pot luck with extra people making extra dishes. We would have a online form submission for the event and will need to have payment due at the time of sign up so that things can be purchased and the rent paid.
